A Look Back on this Spring’s Mercy of the Chef

Take a look back at the dishes created by our culinary team for our Mercy of the Chef dinner over the past few months. Each week on Thursday evening at 6 guests enjoy 4 unique courses with wine pairings for $75 per person.

Dishes like Chef Shane’s potato puffs, stuffed with cheese and served on top of miso corn milk. Chef Mike’s curry potato and leek soup topped with dill and potato crisps, Head Chef Jim’s tempura flounder with corn okonomiyaki, a play on fish and chips. The gorgeous dish collaboration from Shane and Jim, a boiled egg stained with beet juice, filled with a creamy mixture of egg yolk, mayo, dijon, cornichon brine, lemon juice, and dill, finished with pickled ramps, smoked trout roe, caviar, and fresh dill.
