Laura March Wine Dinner

On a cool Wednesday night in the Lowcountry Laura opened the doors of our private dining room to welcome guests to take part in our March Wine Dinner event! Our lovely General Manager, Margot Robey presented the wines for each course and our very own, Chef Nico was in the kitchen plating up the amazing dishes.

First Course: Mahi Crudo, tomato vinaigrette, grapefruit pickled fennel, radish, squid ink tuile served with Giordano Lombardo Gavi di Gavi 2021

Third Course: Veal Osso Buco, braised purple cabbage, parsnip puree, fried leeks served with Bruna Grimaldi Barolo "Camilla" 2018

Fourth Course: Lemon Olive Oil Cake, lavender, blueberries, and chantilly cream, Guido Berta Moscato d'Asti 2021
